What was my role in the project?
My main task was to stimulate the interest of the target audience in the project. I produced all the visual communication for the project from the social media design to the functionality of the website. I was involved in the organisation of the project's online and offline events. Managed the community and fixed technical errors.

MY KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Concept of social networking // Content production // Planning and running online and offline tournaments // Negotiations with partners // Conducting air drop and contests // Communication and assistance to community members // Localization and fixing technical issues // Developing NFT collections // Creation of training videos
As a result I noticed a significant increase of involvement of community members, a successful sales launch of the collection, timed to coincide with the World Chess Championship in Dubai, and organization of crypto-tournaments, which raised the image of the project. This project attracted me with its chess theme, because I have enjoyed this sport since childhood! Also by the famous partners and the opportunity to immerse myself in the creation of the EVERSCALE blockchain ecosystem.
BELOW IS THE LIST OF SPECIALISTS IN THE TEAM I MANAGED:
Graphic designers // Photographers // Video makers
Copywriters // Blockchain developers // 3D designer
And lastly...
I'll tell you how I organised an offline event in St. Petersburg's art space. At the Third Place. It was a professional players' tournament. The winners of the tournament received cash prizes and NFT tokens. I also spoke to the players of the tournament to tell them more about the opportunities.
